What ingredients are used in your products?
All our products are made with the following ingredients (The following is a list of ingredients used in production, please inquire for a detailed list of individual products)
Flour: Almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour, cassava flour, arrowroot flour
Oils and Fats: Coconut oil, olive oil, lard
Leavening: Apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, baking powder, baking soda, eggs
Sweeteners: Honey, maple syrup, molasses, dates, coconut sugar, date sugar, apple sauce, bananas, monkfuit sugar, xylitol (only used in cotton candy)
Nuts/seeds/fruits: Almonds, pecans, walnuts, dates, raisins, apples, blueberries, strawberries, cherries, bananas, unsweetened shredded coconut, lemons, pumpkin, raspberries, avocados, carrots, jalapenos, sweet potato
Spices/herbs: Rosemary, dill, garlic, thyme, cinnamon, cayenne, cloves, nutmeg, poppy seeds, ginger, chili powder, cumin, coriander, sea salt
Flavoring: Coconut extract, vanilla extract, almond extract, cocoa powder, unsweetened chocolate, sugar free sprinkles, sugar free chocolate chips/chunks, nutritional yeast
What diets and dietary restrictions are your products suitable for?
All our products are 100% Refined sugar free, Grain free, Dairy Free, Legume free and best of all GUILT FREE!!!!
Our products are suitable for Paleo, Keto, Celiac, AIP, Whole 30, Gluten free, Menopausal, Diabetic and weight loss diets. Or anyone seeking to eat a healthier diet.
How does ordering and delivery work?
Since we make each individual order specifically for you, we ask you place your order and your order delivery date.
*Please allow at least 3 business days for order processing.
Please use the contact form to place your order and we will confirm with a production and delivery date. Your order will be delivered next day of production.
We will do our best to accommodate all orders in a timely manner
* Delivery is free within the City of Edmonton

Are your products gluten free?
All products are gluten free and suitable for keto, paleo, celiac, AIP and whole 30 diets. Or anyone seeking to cut out gluten/grains
Are your products dairy free?
All products are dairy free.

If your products are sugar free, why do they taste sweet?
All our products are made free from all refined sugars. We use natural sweeteners. Which include honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar, date sugar, monkfruit sugar, xylitol (only used in cotton candy), natural sugars in dates, apple sauce and bananas. These natural sweetners are suitable for keto, diabetic, sugar free, AIP and Whole 30 diets.
* Please inquire about customizing your order if you do not wish to have a specific sweetener used.

Are your products vegetarian or vegan?
There are some products that are vegan, tho the selection is very limited. Paleo baking is very egg heavy, as it doesn't have any other natural binders such as gluten. Most our products are vegetarian with the exception of cookies and icings.

I really like....(specific baked good) but I don't see it in your products....
If there is something you would really like to have made in a paleo version, simply inquire on our contact form and we will get back to you about a custom order. We love trying new things and will gladly try to accommodate all requests.
